Job Title: Rack Operator
Location: Arizona, AZ 85027
About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated Rack Operator to support our production operations by prepping pellets, performing data entry, meeting daily quotas, and maintaining high-quality standards.
Schedule:- Full-time, First Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:30 AM – 1:00 PM
- Possible overtime on Saturdays and Sundays as required to meet production deadlines
- Align parts in fixtures and clip them in place.
- Deburr parts using various brushes to sweep off loose powder.
- Load parts into hangers for furnace processing.
- Utilize basic computer skills to navigate and enter data into production systems, track progress, document results, and communicate with team members.
- Ensure the quality of parts through visual inspection.
- Maintain strong sustained attention and concentration on complex tasks for extended periods.
- Consistently achieve daily production targets, supporting team efficiency and output.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be a U.S. Person eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to read and write in English.
- Reliable transportation is essential.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications required.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong hands-on and can-do attitude.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a clean workspace and follow all safety rules and company policies.
- Combination of manufacturing and general office environment.
- Exposure to hazards associated with manufacturing equipment and tools.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to manipulate small objects is required.
- Frequent repetitive hand movements, such as brushing, squeezing, and turning.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
- Extended periods of sitting, walking within work areas, bending, stooping, and performing pushing and pulling motions.
- Ability to handle small tools, parts, and machinery with precision.
- Visual acuity for reading measurements, assembly instructions, and monitoring equipment.
- Must wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as outlined by company safety protocols.
