Perform manual brazing and soldering to join copper and aluminum components used in heat exchangers, condensers, and evaporators;
Assemble coil components prior to brazing according to work orders/drawings;
Braze copper tubing and fittings using oxy-acetylene or induction torch techniques;
Inspect brazed joints visually and with tests to ensure leak-free integrity;
Record production and quality data in logs or ERP systems
