We are looking for an experienced and motivated Haas CNC Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be an integral part of our production process, ensuring that high-quality metal plates are prepared and processed to meet customer needs and deadlines. • Load and unload metal plates onto Haas CNC machines.
• Operate various pieces of equipment to assist in the production process.
• Collaborate with management to ensure production needs are met effectively and on time.
• Cut metal plates using power tools, including clamp saw, table saw, band saw, and others.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools as needed to complete tasks.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to programs and tools to maintain workflow.
• Communicate production deadlines and requirements to team members.
• Report any production-related issues to fellow team members and management.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support overall operations.

• Previous experience delegating the daily work and training of a small team as a lead.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are a must.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a high-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with a positive, proactive attitude.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repetitively and stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Has previous experience taking ownership of shift operations, spearheading daily routines, or guiding execution and quality standards (demonstrated leadership qualities).
