Operate CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to setup sheets, work instructions, and production schedules;
Confirm machine setup, tooling, fixtures, and work holding are correct before beginning production; report any issues to the Setup Technician or Supervisor;
Monitor machine performance, tooling condition, offsets, and cutting processes to ensure consistent quality and productivity;
Conduct in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments and accurately record inspection data;
Make authorized tool offset adjustments and replace tooling as needed to maintain dimensional accuracy
