Operate manual 3-roll and semi-CNC 4-roll plate rolling machines.;
Read and interpret fabrication drawings and blueprints.;
Calculate and understand stretch-out, developed lengths, inside/outside radiuses, and finished diameters.;
Set up and roll cylinders, cones, shells, and custom formed components.;
Perform multiple passes and make adjustments to achieve tight tolerances.
