Production Scheduler

Staffmark -  - Responsibilities:
Schedule management:
Create and manage daily and weekly production schedules based on purchase order demand and facility capacity;
Operational efficiency:
Sequence production runs to reduce changeover time, minimize allergen cross-contact risks, and maximize equipment throughput;
Real-Time Adaptation:
Adjust schedules dynamically based on plant conditions, including equipment downtime, ingredient shortages, or quality holds;
Inventory Oversight:
Monitor ingredient lead times, expiration dates, and FIFO usage to prevent spoilage and minimize waste;

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with inventory control to maintain optimal levels for just-in-time production and ensure total regulatory traceability
