Quality inspection and Assembling Products. Working and operating in a fast paced, clean room environment. Being able to work and operate in a clean room suit/bunny suit for extended periods of time.

Position:
First (1st) Shift Kitting Technician

Shift: Wed
- Sat 7:00pm – 5:30am Pay: $24.75 per hour, shift differential $1.00 per hour

Kitting Technician Role Profile

Role

Purpose:

The kitting technician will be required to assemble, inspect, clean, package and kit machined parts and bought-in items necessary for various customized types of kits.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible to assemble components and produce quality work, free from errors in a clean room environment.
  • Responsible for area and tool maintenance & cleanliness.
  • Responsible for various complex assembly work of modified parts to produce customized kits.
  • Responsible for inventory management and control.
  • Knowledge and ability to use tools to assemble parts.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team to ensure production goals are met.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required

Education and Experience:

  • Associate Degree or equivalent in a related field of study
  • Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment
  • Must have 6 months experience in a complex kitting, assembly environment
