Summary of Position
Pro Craft Cabinetry Phoenix is looking for an experienced full‑time cabinet assembler / builder who will be responsible for the complete assembly process of a cabinet from start to finish. The role reports directly to the Production Lead / Supervisor. Candidates should have 1–2 years of cabinetry experience and be prepared for cross‑training on the general production line / warehouse based on company needs.
EssentialJob Functions and Responsibilities
- Build quality cabinets and inspect all parts before assembly for cleanliness and visible flaws.
- Construct cabinets according to specifications for size, material, and design.
- Assemble cabinet components such as doors, drawers, shelves, and frames.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in measurements and assembly processes.
- Inspect each completed item to ensure correct construction and finish application.
- Make adjustments or repairs to meet quality standards.
- Use power tools such as impact drivers, drills, and air‑powered nail guns to produce professional results.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures; use personal protective equipment as required.
- Report safety hazards or concerns to supervisors promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues and team members to meet production goals.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments regarding workflow and production schedules.
- Assist coworkers and provide support as needed.
- Work efficiently to maximize productivity while maintaining quality standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions.
- Meet or exceed production targets and goals.
- Contribute to the production of high‑quality cabinets that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
- Ability to meet deadlines, exhibit great attention to detail, and communicate professionally.
- 1–2 years of industry experience in cabinet fabrication.
- Experience with pneumatic tools (air‑powered nail guns, impact drivers, drills, etc.).
- Ability to read a tape measure to 1/32 of an inch.
- Will be trained to consistently meet or exceed production standards.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, hard‑working, and open to learning.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Punctual and dependable; good attendance is essential.
- Physical fitness to lift 50 pounds or more regularly.
- Flexibility to learn new procedures and cross‑train across departments as requested by upper management.

Employees will be required to follow any other job‑related instructions and perform any other job‑related duties requested by their supervisor or manager. The employee is hired on an at‑will basis. New employees will receive a 90‑day evaluation to ensure all job‑related expectations are being met.

Average pay rate $19–$30 per hour; competitive piece‑work rate for increased earning potential.
Schedule:
8‑hour shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.
