Pro Ampac is seeking a 2nd shift supervisor to lead technicians on a Monday–Friday schedule (3pm–11pm). The role includes enforcing safety and quality standards, assisting with staffing, and coordinating with maintenance and training teams.
The position requires a high school diploma, packaging equipment knowledge, and strong organizational and computer skills; familiarity with 5S and production data systems is a plus. Overtime may be required.
