Description Location

This position will be primarily based out of our Phoenix facilities located at 2610 South 21st Street, Phoenix, AZ 85034. Though pending business needs could slide to other AZ sites.

Shift Schedule (Current as of posting, but is subject to change pending business needs)

Full time, onsite, Monday-Friday 06:00AM - 02:30PM; 8.00 hour shifts with potential for additional hours pending business needs.

Position Description

Primary responsibilities of this role vary depending on which area the employee is assigned. Responsibilities include but not limited to: coordinating daily activities with the materials movement team, shipping & receiving, loading, unloading, transporting, stacking, necessary computer transactions, paperwork scanning and filling, and maintaining upkeep of the warehouse, shipping and receiving areas as well as communicating with other teams to establish areas of concern and help needed.

This position reports to the Inventory Supervisor – Phoenix, AZ Division.

Essential Responsibilities (Shipping & Receiving)
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures of the business.
  • Receiving Inspections.
  • Coordinating shipments.
  • Receiving and filing shipment paperwork as required.
  • Inventory Audits.
  • Material scrap process as defined by Supervisor.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.
  • Assist with daily tasks as required.
  • Provide reporting of completed, in-process, and outstanding daily tasks to supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Requirements Position Qualifications Required-
  • Passionate about materials management and supply chain management and promoting a culture that aligns with SRC company values
  • High School Diploma (or work experience equivalent).
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, extend, reach, and twist for long periods of time throughout shift.
  • Must be able to lift at least 45 lbs.
  • Must be Able to Use Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.)
  • Time Management Skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Ability to excel in fast paced environments
  • Must pass medical pre-screen with physical and background check.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
Desired -
  • Knowledgeable about business systems and custom manufacturing
  • History of success in small or mid-sized company
