Do you enjoy working with your hands, operating machinery, and seeing a finished product take shape right in front of you? At Allen Industries, we’re looking for an Oven Operator who can turn raw materials into the high-quality sign components seen across the country. If you’re mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to meet you.

• Operate thermoforming ovens and trimming equipment
• Form sign faces and backs to exact specifications
• Read drawings and artwork to ensure product accuracy
• Monitor temperatures, materials, and production quality
• Make machine adjustments to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
• Safely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hand tools
• Help create products that showcase some of the most recognized brands in the country

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and stay productive in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with thermoforming equipment is a plus, but we'll train the right candidate
• Ability to life up to 70 pounds independently and team lift up to 100 pounds
• Comfortable working in warm environments (90°F)

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
