Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Join a small, family-owned company specializing in customized aluminum roofing, siding, and other innovative metal products. The company has recently expanded its product lines and is looking for a dependable Oven Associate to join its growing team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and wants to cross-train in multiple areas of the warehouse and production operation.

• Handle aluminum and sheet metal products before and after the oven process
• Work with a partner to safely lift and move metal materials
• Apply protective film to finished metal products, ensuring a smooth, bubble-free application
• Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects
• Use hand tools and measuring tapes to complete production tasks
• Follow production specifications and established safety procedures
• Assist with general material handling and production duties
• Cross-train on additional equipment, product lines, and warehouse processes
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment; metal experience is preferred
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on production work
• Ability to perform two-person/team lifts safely
• Excellent attention to detail and quality
• Comfortable working in a hot warehouse environment during the summer
• Experience using basic hand tools and a measuring tape
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
