This role is intended for module equipment technicians to report to the DSIRE (Diffusion) department under the SAT module.

This role has opportunities across all shifts (4/5/6/7) as needed per functional area. The DSIRE Module Equipment Technician will be responsible for but not limited to:
• Perform functions associated with all wafer production including operations, equipment, process and training.
Equipment maintenance and repair, equipment troubleshooting, defect reduction, and other duties as required supporting Fab objectives.
• Work from technical manuals, specifications, drawings/diagrams, schematics, written and verbal instructions utilizing a variety of tools, test equipment, problem solving techniques and communication.
• This position is for a Compressed Work Week Schedule with availability on all shifts (4/5/6/7) in Ocotillo Technology Fabrication (Fab
52/42/32/12). The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

• Analytical problem solving and testing skills. Compressed Work Week shifts tend to be 12-hour shifts from 6 to 6. Shift 4 - Night front half of week - PM-AM Sun-Tues and alternating Saturday nights Shift 5 - Days front half of week - AM-PM Sun-Tues and alternating Wednesday days Shift 6 - Night back half of week - PM-AM Wed-Sat and alternating Saturday night Shift 7 - Days back half of week - AM-PM Thurs-Sat and alternating Wednesday days

Qualifications:

Ask Todd to feed candidates to Steele/Alex's reqs You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants. Must be willing to lift up to 35 pounds (18 kgs) 4 times a day. Position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.

Minimum Qualifications:

• The candidate must possess at least one of the following educational or experience requirements: o High School Diploma or equivalent AND 6+ years of related hands-on experience including military technical experience. o High School Diploma or equivalent AND 4+ years in Field Service Engineer or a related equipment level 2 maintenance role. o Associate degree in STEM Related field AND 6 years maintenance experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Military experience
• Advanced Node Semiconductor manufacturing experience in a production environment.
• Experience in diffusion/implant functional area.
• Experience performing hands-on preventative, corrective maintenance on 300mm semiconductor equipment (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated skills to influence the content and creation of new specs, procedures and business processes related to equipment maintenance.
• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• Knowledge of process control systems.
• Experience with schematics and complex drawings/diagrams.
• Integrated circuit fabrication experience.
