Grind, blend, and finish steel components to meet blueprint tolerances and quality standards;
Inspect parts throughout the grinding process to verify quality and completion requirements;
Read and follow engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions;
Complete production documentation, update tracking systems, and move materials to the next operation
