Concrete Pipe & Precast Laborer
Location:
Phoenix, AZ Pay: $20.50 per hour
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday | 4:00 AM-2:00 PM Overtime:
Available and required as needed
Job Overview:
We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our concrete manufacturing team! As a Concrete Pipe & Precast Laborer, you'll help produce reinforced concrete pipe and precast products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys physical work and working as part of a team.
What You'll Do:
- Build and assemble steel reinforcement cages
- Prepare and clean concrete forms for production
- Pour and finish concrete products
- Remove finished products from forms after curing
- Move and organize finished materials
- Assist with equipment maintenance and general plant cleanup
- Safely use hand and power tools
- Follow all company safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
- Manufacturing, construction, or concrete industry experience is required
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic with reliable attendance
- Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Physical Requirements:
- Regularly lift up to 75 lbs.
- Stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, climb, push, and pull throughout the shift
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Perform repetitive physical tasks in a manufacturing environment
Requirements:
- Must pass a pre-employment physical
- 6-inch steel-toe safety boots required on your first day
- Must be available to work overtime as needed
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures
