Under general supervision, employee performs a variety of production assembly operations on electronic components and final assemblies. To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Covers the terminal of the part with epoxy to ensure water resistance after soldering has been completed;
• Places part in oven to dry;
• Keeps quality up to acceptable standards with little discrepant work;
• Performs tasks equal to or exceeding established standards;
• Conducts himself/herself in a business-like and civil manner;
• Working consistently, working overtime when required;
• Keeps work area clean and orderly;
• Ability to react to changes productively and perform other essential tasks as assigned;

• Due to need to maintain ITAR compliance, applicants must be U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident.
• Ability to acquire proficient knowledge of Potting Line procedures;
• Performs light electronic and / or electromechanical assembly work of low complexity and scope;
• Performs frequent spring linking as required;
• Adequate manual dexterity to safely and proficiently utilize standard production small hand tooling and fixtures;
• Ability to work from samples or simple visual aids;
• Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instruction in English;
• Ability to work with a number sequence;
• Ability to work well with only a modest amount of repeated instructions;
