Reporting to the Production Supervisor, as a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes. You will be responsible for carrying out various tasks related to manufacturing, assembling, inspecting, reworking, cleaning, and packaging our products. Your attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and commitment to maintaining quality standards will contribute to the overall success of our production team.

• Safety and Compliance:
  Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Comply with all federal, state and company policies, procedures, and regulations related to occupational safety.
• Quality Control:
  Conduct regular checks to ensure products meet specified standards and requirements. Identify any defects, inconsistencies, foreign material concerns, incorrect product, damaged packaging, or non-conformities and report them to the appropriate personnel. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production-related quality issues.
• Work Documentation:
  Accurately complete or support production logs, work orders, check sheets, reject/rework records, and other required documentation to track production progress and maintain production records. Enter data into computer systems or databases as needed when trained and assigned.

  Collaborate with team members, Machine Operators, Material Handlers, Leads, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth production flow and resolve production-related issues.
