Job Title:
Production Helper / Garment Cutting
Location: Tempe, AZ
Position Type: Production / Garment Manufacturing
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay Rate: $18
Schedule: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, M-F
Responsibilities:- Assist with daily garment production and cutting-room operations.
- Handle, organize, and prepare fabrics and production materials.
- Assist with measuring, cutting, stacking, sorting, and moving fabrics and garments.
- Support fabric layout and cutting activities as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
- Follow work orders, production instructions, and quality standards.
- Perform repetitive production tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in garment production, apparel manufacturing, garment cutting, or a similar production environment preferred.
- Knowledge of fabric handling, garment construction, or cutting-room operations is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow measurements and detailed instructions.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive physical tasks.
- Ability to lift and move fabrics and production materials as needed.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to learn and assist with different production tasks.
- Experience with cutting tools or garment production equipment is a plus.
