Schedule: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, M-F
Responsibilities:

• Perform sewing, folding, pressing, and garment finishing according to production specifications.
• Operate commercial sewing machines and pressing equipment as assigned.
• Inspect garments for stitching, appearance, quality, and proper finishing.
• Trim threads, make minor adjustments, and complete finishing tasks as needed.
• Properly fold and prepare finished garments for packaging or shipment.
• Follow patterns, work orders, and detailed production instructions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining consistent quality.

• Previous experience in garment sewing, apparel production, or garment finishing preferred.
• Experience operating commercial or industrial sewing machines is a plus.
• Experience with pressing, folding, garment finishing, or quality inspection preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify garment defects.
• Ability to follow patterns, measurements, and detailed instructions.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn different garment production processes.
