Experienced Stainless Steel Welders Wanted | Long-Term Opportunity

We are looking for highly skilled and dependable Stainless Steel Duct Welders to join a quality-driven fabrication and installation team. This is an opportunity for experienced welders who take pride in their craftsmanship and can consistently produce clean, precise, professional work.

• TIG and/or MIG weld stainless steel ductwork and components
• Fabricate, fit, and assemble stainless steel duct systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and measurements
• Perform precision welding on thin-gauge stainless steel materials
• Maintain clean, consistent welds with minimal distortion
• Work independently while meeting production and quality standards
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment
