Hot Foot Recruiters is partnering with a growing high-purity chemical manufacturer supporting the semiconductor industry to hire multiple ISO Tank Operators / Chemical Technicians in North Phoenix, AZ.
This is a hands‑on role supporting chemical delivery and transfer operations at a major semiconductor facility. Operators will be responsible for safely connecting ISO tankers to customer equipment, monitoring chemical transfers, performing inspections and sampling, and following strict safety and contamination‑control procedures.
The company is looking for safety‑conscious individuals with experience in chemical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, industrial, logistics, or other technical environments who can learn detailed procedures and work effectively in a highly regulated facility.

Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire
Openings: 16
Pay: $25-30/hr doe
Night Shift: +15% differential
Conversion: Eligible for permanent conversion after 720 worked hours / 90 working days.
ScheduleEmployees will first complete 30 days of paid company training, generally Monday-Friday from 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, before moving to their assigned semiconductor‑site shift.
Front End Team- Sunday through Wednesday
- Day: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM | 6 openings
- Night: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM | 2 openings
- Rotating schedule with every other Wednesday
- Wednesday through Saturday
- Day: 6:00 AM-6:00 PM | 6 openings
- Night: 6:00 PM-6:00 AM | 2 openings
- Rotating schedule with every other Wednesday
- Chemical handling, pharmaceutical, biotech, manufacturing, industrial, logistics, semiconductor, or similar experience preferred.
- Experience with hazardous chemicals, acids, solvents, or flammable materials is a plus.
- Strong safety mindset and ability to follow detailed SOPs.
- Comfortable working around chemicals and wearing required PPE.
- Comfortable working at heights and using fall protection.
- Able to perform physical, hands‑on work throughout a 12‑hour shift.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Chemical handling, HAZMAT, or work‑at‑height certifications are a plus.
- Must be able to complete required background screening, drug testing, site badging, training, and physical examination.
- Position and secure ISO tankers in designated unloading areas.
- Inspect tanks, hoses, fittings, valves, grounding systems, and transfer equipment before use.
- Connect ISO tanker systems to customer Clean Coupling Booths.
- Verify chemical identity, batch information, and transfer documentation.
- Perform required chemical sampling.
- Monitor transfers and unloading activities for safety and accuracy.
- Properly drain, disconnect, cap, and secure equipment following transfers.
- Maintain contamination‑control and housekeeping standards.
- Complete accurate operational and traceability records.
- Follow all site, environmental, PPE, permit‑to‑work, and safety procedures.
- Immediately report spills, equipment issues, unsafe conditions, or process abnormalities.
