We’re an Arizona-based insurance carrier in central Phoenix looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team, helping ensure that campaigns, promotions, projects, and events run smoothly, on budget, and on schedule.
This entry-level role is perfect for someone who’s organized, proactive, and ready to roll up their sleeves. You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life—supporting campaigns from concept to execution, coordinating events, and helping us strengthen relationships with agents and customers.
What You’ll Do:- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions across multiple channels
- Event Coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute events, including registration, shipping of supplies and working closely with field team to manage the creation or ordering of collateral, decor and branded materials
- Industry Insights & Competitive Research: Gather and organize industry and competitor insights, track key coverages and differentiators, and help identify opportunities to position Commonwealth’s products more effectively
- Customer Engagement: Monitor, research, and respond to customer reviews to help protect and strengthen our online reputation
- Asset Management: Maintain and organize digital marketing assets, shared folders, and content libraries
- Inventory & Logistics: Coordinate logistics, manage inventory and ordering of marketing supplies, and handle expense management and reimbursements
- 1-2 years of marketing, communications, or coordination experience (internships count)
- Strong organizational and project management skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Monday, Asana, or other project management tools is a plus
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 30 lbs. for event and shipping support
