Position OverviewWe are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Promotions Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This entry‑level role is ideal for individuals looking to launch a career in promotions, brand marketing, and public engagement. The Promotions Assistant will support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, assist with event coordination, and help represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner.
Schedule:
Full‑time, Monday to Friday.
Phoenix, AZ.
Pay Range$21.50 - $30.00 per hour
Responsibilities- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and brand events
- Represent client brands at promotional activities and community events
- Coordinate event materials, displays, and promotional products
- Engage with customers to provide information about products and services
- Support social media and digital marketing efforts related to promotional campaigns
- Track event performance metrics and assist in preparing campaign reports
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with the public
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred
