Position Overview

We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Promotions Assistant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This entry‑level role is ideal for individuals looking to launch a career in promotions, brand marketing, and public engagement. The Promotions Assistant will support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns, assist with event coordination, and help represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner.

Schedule:

Full‑time, Monday to Friday.

Location

Phoenix, AZ.

Pay Range

$21.50 - $30.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional campaigns and brand events
  • Represent client brands at promotional activities and community events
  • Coordinate event materials, displays, and promotional products
  • Engage with customers to provide information about products and services
  • Support social media and digital marketing efforts related to promotional campaigns
  • Track event performance metrics and assist in preparing campaign reports
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable engaging with the public
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
