We are a leading technology provider to the self-storage industry since 2003. The company delivers software-enabled solutions, including online auctions, access control systems, self-service kiosks, and call center services to self-storage operators across North America, with a growing international presence such as Australia and UK.

Role Overview

This role owns the continuous optimization of our marketing automation and CRM ecosystem, with a focus on driving measurable improvements in lead quality, conversion rates, and sales readiness. If you like experimenting, solving problems, and seeing your work directly impact company objectives, this is the role for you. This role will help design, execute, and evolve marketing campaigns, workflows, and engagement-based lead strategies using D365 and Click Dimensions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build, run, and improve marketing campaigns, design workflows that nurture leads, score engagement, and help sales focus on the hottest prospects.
  • Test and refine campaigns and workflows to see what works best and make adjustments along the way.
  • Focus on changes that will have the biggest impact now, while thinking about longer-term improvements. Simplify or improve existing processes when it makes sense.
  • Improve CRM processes to better support marketing and sales goals.
  • Use engagement and sales data to ensure the right leads receive the right attention at the right time.
  • Partner with sales to make sure high-potential prospects are surfaced effectively.
  • Track campaign performance and lead engagement, turn the data into actionable recommendations that improve campaigns and workflows.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Content Manager, Senior Marketing Manager, and Marketing Administrative Assistant to bring campaigns to life.
  • Be a thought partner — share ideas for improving processes, workflows, and lead generation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in marketing automation, campaign and CRM management.
  • Proficiency in D365; experience with Click Dimensions or similar marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Onsite position near Metro Center mall area, no remote work.
