We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing and Communications Manager to lead integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels. This individual should have strong experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, marketing automation, and communications (corporate communications and/or media relations), and will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and thought leadership in the healthcare technology sector.
The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-focused, comfortable owning projects end-to-end, and able to collaborate across sales, product, account management, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns that drive lead acquisition, nurture, and conversion.
- Own marketing automation workflows using Hub Spot and Iterable. Responsibilities include segmentation, email and SMS nurture tracks, lead scoring, ongoing database hygiene maintenance, and reporting.
- Design and test landing pages, content offers, and conversion funnels aligned with the healthcare buyer journey.
- Deploy website updates on Webflow CMS and align website content with best practices centered around SEO and GEO.
- Measure and optimize campaign performance using analytics tools and dashboards. Report on KPIs and marketing attribution.
Content & Thought Leadership
- Collaborate with editorial leadership to support content development and distribution that advances Safe Ride’s reputation as a healthcare innovation leader, including white papers, infographics, webinars, and case studies.
- Manage social media presence across Linked In and other emerging platforms to amplify content and support employer brand efforts.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand, tone, and accessibility standards.
Media Relations & Communications
- Pitch and place stories with healthcare, business, and tech media outlets. Build and maintain relationships with key reporters and analysts using tools like Muck Rack.
- Manage relationships with paid media outlets to support amplification, sponsor ships, and lead generation.
- Maintain PR materials including press releases, media kits, executive bios, and speaking abstracts.
- Liaise with clients and industry association partners to develop co-branded marketing materials and collaborative campaigns.
- Monitor and manage digital listing platforms such as Google My Business.
- Support internal communications and executive communications as needed to align brand voice and strategic narratives.
Brand Stewardship
- Collaborate with creative and design resources to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.
- Ensure digital assets reflect Safe Ride’s value proposition and differentiators in healthcare access, equity, and technology.
Cross-Functional Enablement
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to align campaign strategy with pipeline goals.
- Support customer marketing initiatives including advocacy content and lifecycle campaigns.
- Assist with event communications, trade show campaigns, and digital promotion around key milestones or announcements.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or demand generation roles, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven success with marketing automation platforms such as Iterable and Hub Spot, including lead nurturing and performance analytics.
- Demonstrated experience in corporate communications/PR, including securing earned media and managing placements (Muck Rack preferred).
- Experience with visual design tools (e.g., Figma) and CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow).
