The Role
We are looking for a strategic and execution-oriented VP of Marketing to lead the company’s global marketing function. You’ll own brand development, demand generation, content strategy, and external communications—building a scalable engine that drives pipeline, awareness, and long-term growth.
This is a hands-on executive role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys working across disciplines. You’ll report directly to the executive leadership team and play a critical role in aligning marketing with business objectives, sales goals, and product innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Brand Vision
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Define brand narrative, positioning, and product messaging to differentiate in a competitive AI market.
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product introductions and market expansion.
Demand Generation & Campaigns
- Own and scale demand generation programs across channels—digital, ABM, events, SEO, and paid media.
- Build campaigns that generate high-quality leads, accelerate pipeline, and improve conversion rates.
- Partner with Sales to ensure seamless lead handoff and measurable revenue contribution.
Content Marketing & Thought Leadership
- Build a high-performing content engine to support inbound marketing and sales enablement.
- Create and manage blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and webinars.
- Position the company as a thought leader in AI transparency, explainability, and real-world application.
Public Relations & Analyst Relations
- Develop and manage PR strategies and agency relationships to boost brand awareness.
- Oversee analyst relations to enhance market positioning and third-party validation.
- Cultivate relationships with key influencers, analysts, and media outlets.
- Hire, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across demand gen, content, comms, and design.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
- Drive operational efficiency and marketing team performance through clear KPIs and workflows.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and marketing ROI.
- Use data to continuously optimize strategy, messaging, and budget allocation.
- Align metrics with broader business goals and market conditions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure GTM alignment.
- Drive field marketing initiatives and verticalized strategies to support enterprise expansion.
- Champion voice-of-customer insights to inform messaging, positioning, and market strategy.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 8+ years in enterprise or B2B marketing, with at least 4 years in a senior leadership role
