Role & responsibilities

  • Strategize and execute the annual marketing calendar in line with organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, academic institutions, partners, and alliances to expand brand reach.
  • Champion the organization’s voice and positioning across internal and external communication channels.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive marketing mix, integrating digital and print campaigns to drive visibility, engagement, and conversion.
  • Organize hackathons, industry conferences, and community‑building events to foster innovation and ecosystem collaboration.
  • Facilitate masterclasses featuring domain experts to strengthen thought leadership and brand authority.
  • Represent the organization at conferences, industry panels, and other speaking engagements to enhance brand positioning and generate qualified leads.
  • Serve as a marketing evangelist, advocating the organization’s mission, impact, and innovation through high‑touch marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI and KPIs, and optimize strategy for continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with emerging marketing technologies and trends to maintain a competitive digital edge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within cybersecurity, SaaS, edtech, or related technology‑driven sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in managing integrated marketing campaigns and event‑led initiatives at scale.
  • Strong planning and execution skills, with a strategic mindset and the ability to align marketing with business goals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in representing the brand externally.
  • Prior experience in organizing hackathons, conferences, or masterclasses is highly preferred.
  • Hands‑on proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Linked In Ads, Hub Spot, or equivalent CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Analytical approach to campaign performance measurement and optimization.
  • Self‑starter, collaborative, and adaptable to fast‑paced environments.
  • A strong understanding of cybersecurity trends or a willingness to quickly build domain expertise.
