Proofreader II

A self-sufficient, Communications Editor is needed to support customer-facing servicing communication drafting, editing, and message refinement.

Required Skills / Experience

• Excellent written communication with strong command of grammar, style, and tone
• Familiarity with AP editorial style standards
• Strong editing, proofreading, and content refinement capabilities
• Experience with communications and message development
• Ability to simplify complex business messaging into clear, concise messaging
• Skilled at adapting messaging for different audiences and communication channels
• Strong attention to detail and consistency across communications
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
• Effective stakeholder collaboration across teams

Required Tools / Technical

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• SharePoint and collaboration platforms

• Experience supporting customer-facing communications
• Ability to support light operational and process improvement initiatives, including documentation and workflow coordination
