Insightsoftware is seeking a Customer Marketing Specialist to build and run programmes that keep customers engaged, successful, and growing. You will own four connected motions: retention marketing, customer advocacy, migration marketing, and product-led growth engagement.
You’ll create lifecycle programs, drive case studies, guide migrations to the core EPM platform, and partner with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to optimize campaigns using CS data and AI tools.
