Email Marketing Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Manager to own enterprise-level email marketing strategy, execution, and performance optimization. This role will focus on driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue through highly targeted and data-driven email campaigns.

Responsibilities

+ Develop and execute email marketing strategies across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle campaigns.

+ Manage campaign calendars, customer segmentation, and personalization initiatives.

+ Conduct A/B testing and optimize performance through data analysis.

+ Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance with email marketing best practices.

+ Drive customer journey mapping and automated email workflows.

+ Partner with creative, analytics, and technology teams to improve campaign effectiveness.

+ Report on key metrics including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ 5+ years of enterprise email marketing experience.

+ Expertise with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Hub Spot, or Adobe Campaign.

+ Strong analytical and performance marketing background.

+

Experience with audience segmentation and customer lifecycle marketing.

+ Knowledge of HTML/CSS and email development best practices preferred.
