Move Forward AZ is hiring a Marketing Specialist to lead marketing, database engagement, and growth initiatives. In this role, you’ll create content, execute campaigns, and keep the client database engaged through consistent communication,
all with the goal of generating referrals and new opportunities for the team.
This role sits at the center of the business, supporting leadership and agents while owning marketing from idea to execution. You’ll play a key role in building relationships, strengthening the brand, and driving consistent lead flow.

Compensation- Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
