The Integrated Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing programs that support lead generation, customer engagement, product marketing, and business growth objectives. This role serves as a key contributor to the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns while supporting marketing operations, marketing automation, CRM administration, and sales enablement initiatives.

The successful candidate is a proactive, results-oriented marketer who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities. This individual is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, leveraging marketing technology, and making informed decisions with minimal oversight. The role requires a high level of accountability, organization, and collaboration to ensure marketing initiatives are executed efficiently and contribute to measurable business outcomes.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Campaign Planning and Execution
  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, content, webinar, social media, field marketing, and other channels.
  • Support product launches, lead generation initiatives, customer retention programs, and market expansion efforts.
  • Develop campaign timelines, project plans, and execution schedules to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, align messaging, and execute marketing activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Develop and manage marketing automation workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, customer segmentation, and audience targeting strategies.
  • Administer marketing automation and CRM platforms, including campaign setup, lead routing, lead scoring, workflow management, and reporting.
  • Monitor and maintain lead management processes to ensure accurate lead flow between marketing and sales.
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing automation, customer engagement, and lead conversion performance.
3. Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Support the development and execution of Account-Based Marketing initiatives targeting strategic accounts and key market segments.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify target accounts, develop personalized outreach strategies, and align campaign objectives.
  • Utilize customer and account data to improve targeting, engagement, and campaign performance.
4. Marketing Operations and Project Management
  • Manage marketing project workflows and coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and departments.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, campaign schedules, project timelines, and reporting processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with business priorities and departmental objectives.
  • Support the creation, organization, and distribution of sales enablement materials and campaign assets.
  • Collaborate with sales to support lead follow-up processes, campaign execution, and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Maintain marketing and sales resource libraries and assist with content distribution.
6. Analytics & Reporting
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, campaign effectiveness, lead generation activities, and pipeline contribution.
  • Develop dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Utilize data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and improve marketing performance.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to support marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with marketing budget tracking, purchase order processing, invoice management, and vendor management activities.
  • Support department operations and maintain marketing documentation, processes, and standards.
8. Other Duties as Assigned. EDUCATION AND TRAINING
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field required.
  • Hub Spot, marketing automation, analytics, project management, digital marketing, or related certifications are preferred.
