Managing performance for over 30 clinic partners, the full-time remote Paid Media Strategist will ensure seamless onboarding, optimize campaigns to exceed KPI benchmarks, and analyze data to drive lead generation and client volume.
Key responsibilities- Oversee onboarding and performance measurement of paid media campaigns across multiple practices
- Implement conversion tracking and provide insights to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze performance trends and optimize strategies
- 3-5 years of hands‑on experience with Google Ads, managing search, Pmax, LSA, and demand generation campaigns
- Experience managing 30+ accounts with a focus on achieving campaign growth goals
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to identify trends
- Proficiency in additional paid channels such as Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads
- Deep understanding of key performance metrics like CPC, CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROAS
