THE ROLE:

As part of the Demand Generation team and reporting to the Director, Regional Marketing, Strategic & Key Accounts, you will work with field sales in the TOLAM region to drive pipeline in the Strategic segment through a highly-visible portfolio of regional marketing programs and events. A successful candidate will have strong knowledge of integrated marketing programs and know how to align those programs to corporate goals.

The role will require proven ability to work with vendors, partners and internal teams, execute in-person and virtual events, email, direct mail, and must have the ability to effectively work collaboratively and cross-functionally.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the planning, execution, and performance reporting of all regional marketing programs
  • Assist with campaign and program budget tracking to support pipeline impact and ROI across the assigned region
  • Partner with sales teams to identify priorities and deploy programs aligned to pipeline and revenue targets
  • Ensure campaign-generated leads are accurately captured, routed, and delivered to Sales in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with sales and sales development representative (SDR) teams on pre-campaign readiness and post-campaign follow-up to drive conversion
  • Research, evaluate, and launch events, sponsor ships, and in-person marketing initiatives aligned to regional and corporate goals
  • Communicate program plans, timelines, and results to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership
  • Oversee the regional fulfillment process, including promotional inventory and vendor management
  • Identify and share best practices across regions to improve execution and performance
  • Collaborate with Channel and ISV partners to execute and support local partner marketing programs
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Bachelor'sDegree;
    Marketing preferred
  • Experience with marketing automation & CRM platforms a plus (preferably with Marketoand Salesforce)
  • Experience in creating, planning and executing integrated, ROI-driven marketing andlead generation programs, ABM experience aplus.
  • Strong analytical abilities. You love working with data, analyzingoutcomes, andscoping out key insights to establish continuous optimization.
  • Abilityto thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, environment where you mayhave towear multiplehats.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written andverbal
  • Mustbe a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently with occasional support
  • Organization and time management skills, rigor, attention todetails
  • Ability to travel within region for meetings and events
  • Team player/collaborative/great attitude
