tastytrade is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own the strategy for how traders find us, across traditional and AI-driven search. You will lead the organic team, define KPIs, and translate search and content performance into real traffic, rankings, and pipeline.
You will own the KPI framework, dashboards, and reporting used by leadership, and collaborate with Product, Content, Brand, and Engineering to ship initiatives at scale while maintaining regulatory compliance.
