Owning the creative pipeline for US-market brands, the full-time remote Creative Strategist for US Market will develop new concepts, write compelling scripts, and analyze performance to drive customer engagement and sales.
Key responsibilities- Developing 15-20 new video and image concepts weekly, focusing on high-impact angles and unique mechanisms for the US audience
- Writing direct-response scripts and producing detailed briefs for editors and designers to ensure effective execution
- Analyzing creative performance weekly to identify winning concepts and iterating on them for scaling
- Direct-response experience with scripts, hooks, or ad concepts that have been successfully executed on Meta or Tik Tok
- Strong copywriting skills across video and static formats
- Solid understanding of consumer psychology and effective strategies for cold traffic in the US market
- Proficient in conducting in-depth research and competitive analysis
- Comfortable with a fast-paced, iterative workflow that embraces testing and learning from failures
