Marketing Specialist

Support the execution of enterprise marketing and brand initiatives across Centuri and its operating companies

• Support the execution of enterprise marketing and brand initiatives across Centuri and its operating companies
• Manage end-to-end logistics for trade shows, industry conferences, and customer-facing events
• Provide support to the Marketing Manager in multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief through completion
• Monitor campaign performance and compile reporting summaries for review
• Apply Centuri's messaging framework and brand voice consistently across all written deliverables
• Manage branded premiums and collateral ordering, overseeing end-to-end process from ordering, shipping to billing as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with the utility, energy, construction, or infrastructure services sector is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience with design or presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Intranet/Sharepoint)
• Experience coordinating logistics for in-person events, trade shows, or conferences
• Strong project management instincts, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and events simultaneously
• Excellent written communication skills
• Proficiency with standard marketing and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, social media, project management platforms, email marketing platforms)

Demonstrates expertise in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating logistics for events, and applying brand messaging consistently across deliverables. Proficient in utilizing marketing tools and platforms to monitor performance and support strategic initiatives.
