We are seeking a dedicated Media and Social Marketing Manager Senior. In this role you will assist the Brand Media team in the operational execution of paid media campaigns across channel including but not limited to Paid Search, Programmatic, and Social.
This role is designed for a tactical expert who excels in lower funnel conversion campaigns such as re-targeting and paid search.
We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations:
San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA or Tampa, FL.
Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Pay Range: 90,000. USD per year
Must have robust search experience including in-platform exposure to SA360 and experience in performance media / driving return on ad spend
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop media strategies for near-term conversion of re-targeting audiences
- Balance a paid Search strategy between SEM and SEO while delivering on intended site traffic
- Execute media campaigns by developing a tactical plan and project managing the E2E trafficking process
- Measure and optimize campaign performance to deliver on conversion goals
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date budget management
- Collaborate with Media Team to translate and interpret business intelligence and internal client objectives prior to guiding media agencies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and management to understand the parameters for developing media strategies.
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external to ensure alignment with goals and prioritization.
- Ensure risks associated with business activities are effectively identified, measured, monitored, and controlled in accordance with risk and compliance policies and procedures.
Skills & Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of digital or social marketing industry and practices.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced knowledge on impact of social marketing to an omni-channel experience.
- Demonstrated success in developing search strategies in alignment with business goals, preferably across insurance and financial service products.
- Understanding of marketing attribution and measurement methodologies in relation to testing within paid search.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Robust background with deep expertise in programmatic and social channels
- Deep understanding of Military community
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree; OR 3 years of related experience (in addition to the minimum years of experience required) may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- 5 or more years of experience in a marketing, sales, advertising and/or communications function, to include at least 3 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: social marketing, digital marketing, website merchandising, search marketing, mobile marketing, or digital campaign management.
- Experience influencing business decisions.
- Experience facilitating and/or participating in cross-functional teams.
- Experience collaborating with key stakeholders.
- Experience executing media buys in platforms including paid search (Google Ads, SA360 and Bing)
