Junior Marketing Representative

RAD Marketing Agency is a growing sales and marketing company based in Phoenix, Arizona. We are currently seeking a motivated Junior Marketing Representative to join our team. This entry-level position offers hands‑on experience in marketing, customer relations, and brand representation while providing ongoing training and mentorship.

• Represent client brands through in-person marketing campaigns and promotional events.
• Build positive relationships with customers by educating them on products and services.
• Answer customer questions and provide exceptional customer support.
• Participate in daily training sessions focused on communication, sales, marketing, and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Accurately document customer interactions and campaign results.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing clients and the company.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or marketing is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

This is an in‑person position based in Phoenix, AZ, with work conducted at our office and various retail partner locations throughout the greater Phoenix area.

Candidates should be able to reliably commute to Phoenix or be willing to relocate prior to their start date.
