About the role

Pre Pass is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing team. This role plays a key part in coordinating B2B marketing initiatives, facilitating the organization of marketing materials, and assisting with events that strengthen the Pre Pass brand presence and customer engagement. The Marketing Coordinator will collaborate with the Director of Marketing Communications and extended team to develop high-quality content, organize marketing activities, and ensure consistency across communications and materials.

This role requires strong attention to detail, acute organizational skills, self-drive, and the ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, update and organize marketing resources, including the content library, sales collateral folder and creative deliverables.
  • Assist with website updates, social media content, and digital marketing efforts.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, internal requests and company-wide communications from the larger Marketing team.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Support internal company initiatives that promote company culture and team engagement.
  • Prepare orders and shipments of marketing materials for events and conferences.
  • Assist in internal registrations for Pre Pass event and conference attendees.
  • Recommend improvements to marketing processes and workflows to increase efficiency.
  • Write, review, and edit proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with key messaging.
  • Work with Project Management staff to gather project information from stakeholders.
  • Update and maintain inventory of marketing materials, including work product examples, brochures, and client merchandise.
Experience (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, business development, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in transportation, or professional B2B service industries is a plus.

  • Experience with Figma and Asana is preferred.

  • Familiarity with social media and digital marketing platforms is preferred.
  • Experience in the basics of project management.
