- Establish lead tracking and reporting that allows marketing and sales leadership to understand where leads are coming from, how they are progressing, and which marketing efforts are generating results.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing and sales‑support activities through Hub Spot.
- Evaluate our current use of Hub Spot and continuously improve how the platform is utilized throughout the company.
- Manage digital marketing efforts including website content, SEO, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and other digital campaigns.
- Develop and manage content for Linked In, Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and coordinate marketing materials including product flyers, brochures, color charts, sales sheets, email campaigns, presentations, and other customer‑facing materials.

- Support the sales team with customer‑specific marketing materials, presentations, campaigns, and other tools needed to win business.
- Manage trade show and industry event marketing, including pre‑show promotion, booth materials, follow‑up campaigns, and lead coordination.
- Track marketing performance including leads, website traffic, campaign results, conversions, engagement, and ROI.
- Maintain consistent branding and messaging across all Western States locations and marketing channels.
- Coordinate with outside marketing vendors, agencies, publications, photographers, videographers, and other partners as needed.
- Train and support team members on Hub Spot processes and best practices when necessary.
