Digital Art Director

We’re seeking a Digital Art Director to join a fast-paced in-house creative team supporting a leading retail and eCommerce brand. This is a hands-on, player-coach role for someone who combines strong digital design expertise with team leadership and a sharp eye for high-quality creative.

• Lead concepting, art direction, and design across web, email, CRM, app, and digital campaigns
• Balance hands-on creative work with mentoring and guiding a small team of designers
• Maintain high standards for creative quality, consistency, and timely delivery
• Translate briefs and business goals into compelling, customer-focused creative
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, brand, and operations teams
• Present work clearly and confidently to stakeholders and senior leadership
• Help improve workflows, scale output, and explore new creative tools and technologies

• 6+ years of creative experience, ideally in-house or agency environments
• 1+ years of experience leading or mentoring creatives preferred
• Strong portfolio featuring digital, campaign, and brand storytelling work
• Experience in retail and/or eCommerce strongly preferred
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Motion or animation experience is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
