We’re a full-stack marketing company. We build websites with automated CRM and sales systems behind them, produce video, and run paid ads for service businesses across the Valley. We’re growing, and we need someone whose full‑time focus is our own brand.
The roleYou’d be our in‑house creative, focused entirely on Digital Reality’s accounts — not client fulfillment. Two lanes:
The agency brand. Turning the work we produce daily into content. Website launches, shoot days, client results, educational pieces for business owners.
Personal brand. A behind‑the‑scenes look at what building a business actually takes — the real day‑to‑day of an entrepreneur, not a highlight reel.
Day to day- Shoot and edit short‑form for IG, Tik Tok, Linked In
- Capture client shoots, pitches, and events in the field
- Sit in on client meetings and weekly strategy
- Own the content calendar and bring ideas, not just execution
- Be on camera when the piece calls for it
