As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a talented and experienced Partner Marketing Specialist (for Databricks P&A BU) within the Partnership & Alliances team to help grow our mindshare and market

share.

As the Partner Marketing Specialist, you are expected to work closely with the BU Heads, Client Partners, Sales Leaders, Domain Vertical Leaders, GTM and Marcom teams (incl. Content Writers & Designers). You will have to collaborate with these cross functional teams to help drive growth by touching each stage of the customer lifecycle acquisition, nurturing, and expansion.

• Hands-on experience in creating case studies (named & anonymous), brochures, flyers, demo videos, whitepapers etc. to promote the same, internally (within the organization) and externally (public domain)
• To publish and update stakeholders (internal & partner) on our new wins, milestones achieved, partnership progress etc. for credibility building & adoption
• Ability to put together and lead comprehensive joint partner marketing plan to augment mindshare and market share across all the type of customer arenas
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to work in collaboration with stakeholders to get their buy-in on the proposed GTM initiatives
• Ability to strategize, build, and execute integrated campaigns focused for new lead / opportunity generation
• Hands on experience in planning and executing P&A led GTM initiatives through various channels such as content marketing, campaigns, digital marketing (incl. social), email, webinars, events / conferences, Account based marketing (ABM) etc.
• Knowledge on how to measure, monitor, and report campaign metrics (like lead volumes, pipeline additions ($ USD), meetings booked, business conversions, engagement rates, awareness created etc.) to stakeholders on a regular basis
• Skills to implement lead nurturing strategies with the aim to increase RoI from the GTM campaigns launched

• Masters degree in marketing (preferred)
• Experience:
  
  6 to 8 years of experience in B2B tech marketing, partner marketing, or content marketing roles
• Industry Knowledge: A good understanding of the enterprise B2B tech space, cloud partners (Hyperscalers), and Data & AI landscape
• Content Excellence:
  Exceptional writing, articulation, narrative, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail, along with a proven portfolio of B2B content
