Smalls is seeking a senior Paid Social lead to own Meta in‑platform strategy end to end. You’ll manage budgets at scale, optimize for CAC and LTV, and drive profitable growth by shaping in‑channel architecture, audiences, placements, and bidding.
This hands‑on role centers on owning the channel, not supervising an agency. You’ll have seven‑figure monthly Meta spend, work with a subscription business, and ensure rigorous reporting.
