JOB DESCRIPTIONDuties & Responsibilities:
- Attending regularly scheduled staff meetings with Agave Field Director and campaign leads
- Executing a training plan for all field staff
- Verification of field staff hours
- Reporting comprehensive field event metrics and efficacy to staff
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous campaign field experience, including VAN turf and list creation, canvassing, community organizing, and voter outreach
- Experience leading organizers
- Experience executing a campaign plan or parts of a campaign plan
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives
- Proactive, positive, reliable and punctual
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required
- Must work evenings and weekends
- Must have reliable transportation
