We are seeking a Web Upload Specialist to assist our Digital Sales & Marketing team with uploading and managing product listings on our company website. This role requires strong technical accuracy, attention to detail, and proficiency with spreadsheets and data entry.
Key Responsibilities:- Upload, organize, and maintain product listings on the company’s eCommerce platform.
- Ensure product information, descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and consistent.
- Work closely with the Digital Sales & Marketing Specialist to meet upload deadlines and quality standards.
- Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
- Assist with other digital product management or administrative tasks as needed.
- Required: Strong experience with spreadsheets and Excel for data management and organization.
- Highly Preferred: Experience using Matrixify for bulk uploads.
- Preferred: Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be able to work onsite at the Phoenix office.
This is a temporary role with an estimated timeline of 30-60 days.
