For our client, we are seeking a Director, Product Marketing to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will own product marketing strategy across a broad healthcare portfolio, with a focus on protecting and growing market share. The role requires strong cross-functional partnership with Product Management, Commercial Launch Excellence, and other internal stakeholders to ensure launches are well aligned and executed.

You will also help translate customer feedback into portfolio priorities, KPIs, and investment decisions that support business growth.

Location:

Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies across the full portfolio lifecycle
  • Define strategies to protect and grow market share for each product and portfolio
  • Set clear priorities for time and budget allocation across the product portfolio
  • Establish and track KPIs to assess the effectiveness of market strategies and make adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with Product Management on portfolio strategy and communicate product marketing priorities
  • Ensure cross-functional readiness and timely deliverables in partnership with launch excellence teams
  • Gather and apply customer feedback to influence product strategy and roadmap
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required;
    Master's preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive product marketing experience in healthcare, life sciences, or diagnostics
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience in oncology portfolio management
  • Proven ability to manage a departmental budget and plan for Annual Operating Plans (AOP)
  • Strong background in strategy setting and prioritization across a diverse product portfolio
  • Experience with structured cross-functional launch processes and aligning marketing deliverables with business goals
  • Track record of leading teams and integrating strategies across multiple product lines
