The company is a healthcare technology company operating telehealth services, pharmacy integrations, and proprietary software systems built in Laravel/PHP. The company focuses on scaling patient acquisition and improving marketing efficiency across multiple channels.

We are hiring a Growth Marketing Lead responsible for owning acquisition strategy and execution. This is a high-ownership role requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate operates like a mini-CMO in a lean environment.

• Own and execute multi-channel growth strategy
• Drive customer acquisition and funnel optimization
• Manage performance across acquisition channels:
• SEO and backlink strategy
• Affiliate marketing programs
• Meta and paid social campaigns
• Reddit and community-driven channels
• AI search and agent discoverability optimization
• You Tube, programmatic, and CTV testing
• Improve CAC, LTV, and conversion performance
• Work closely with design, product, and development teams
• Coordinate freelancers, agencies, and external partners
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize continuously
• Build scalable, repeatable growth systems

• 3–6+ years in growth or performance marketing
• Strong hands-on experience with paid and organic acquisition
• Proven ability to improve CAC and conversion metrics
• Experience in lean, high-ownership environments
• Ability to both strategize and execute
• Strong communication and ownership mindset
• Experience in telehealth, healthcare, or regulated industries

• Experience with affiliate systems and tracking tools
• Experience with AI marketing tools or automation
• Startup or founder-stage company experience
• Experience managing contractors or small tea
