The Digital Marketing Specialist executes and optimizes multi-channel programs across paid search, paid social, SEO, email, and web. The role turns audience insights and product messaging into campaigns that increase qualified traffic, engagement, and pipeline for a growing technology business.
You will work with demand generation, content, product marketing, sales, and design to launch measurable programs across the funnel. Success means clean execution, disciplined reporting, and continuous improvement based on channel performance and conversion data.
- Execute campaigns across Google Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, email, and organic social, managing briefs, audiences, budgets, and launch timelines
- Build and optimize landing pages, forms, email journeys, and conversion paths using platforms such as Hub Spot, Marketo, or similar
- Monitor performance in GA4, Google Search Console, ad platforms, and CRM reporting; deliver recurring reports on traffic, MQLs, conversion rates, CAC, and pipeline contribution
- Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO improvements across website and content assets
- Manage the editorial and social publishing calendar, coordinating with writers, designers, and subject-matter experts to ship campaigns on schedule
- Run A/B tests across subject lines, ad creative, landing-page copy, calls to action, and audience segments; document findings and recommendations
- Maintain campaign tracking, UTM standards, lead routing, and marketing operations documentation in partnership with revenue operations
- 1-3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or B2C technology environment
- Working knowledge of paid search, paid social, SEO, email marketing, conversion-rate optimization, and content distribution
- Experience with GA4, Google Ads, Linked In Campaign Manager, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems such as Hub Spot or Salesforce
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret funnel metrics, build performance reports, and recommend channel optimizations
- Clear written communication and strong project-management skills across multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus:
Experience with Marketo, Ahrefs or Semrush, Looker Studio, CMS platforms, HTML/CSS, marketing attribution, or B2B SaaS demand generation
